From the time we started the process, it has been a sheer pleasure to work with all of the members of the Ideal CDR team- without exception. EVERYBODY was always very pleasant and professional. It is apparent that each and every member of your team takes pride in what they do- and the finished house certainly reflects that pride.
Everybody seems to enjoy telling horror stories about contractors. In the past, we told our share, as well. However, our experience with Ideal CDR has been totally positive. Of cours, with a project of this size, occasional problems are inevitable. However, they were always resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally. Throughout the entire process, we were kept informed, and were deftly guided. At all times, you presented suggestions, our input was solicited, and we never felt pressured into making decisions we were uncomfortable with. It was always a cooperative effort between us, which we greatly appreciated. As the project moved forward, we learned to trust you, because we felt that you had our best interests at heart.
It is said that only the unhappy customers tell other people about their experiences- that the happy people remain silent. That's not the case here- nor will it be. We are very pleased to tell anyone and everyone how happy we were with Ideal CDR (beaming with pride, of course). This renovation was a big commitment on our end, but you guys made it easier for us.
